A Healthy After School Snack Kids Can Make

I’m all for a healthy snack for the kiddos to snack on after school. BUT even more so, if they are able to do it them self. So, I found a healthy after school snack that is also easy.

I like this one because it’s so simple and it’s a great summer snack but also is a great after school snack, and kids love it.

All you need:
  • Grapes
  • Yogurt
  • Toothpicks


  • Toothpick all the grapes you want
  • Use the toothpick to dip them in the yogurt
  • Place them on a pan or plate with wax paper or aluminum foil
  • Freeze them
  • Once frozen, let them thaw a little before eating

*TIP: You could also dip them in granola, coconut or whatever of your choice after the yogurt if you want to add a little bit of crunch!*
