We've recently received some complaints about excessive flagging, and some community members have asked us to clarify how the feature works.

If you see an abusive post, you have the option to flag it. Flagging a post does not mean that it will be immediately removed from the site. Our moderators review flagged posts during their regularly scheduled shifts, and they are the ones who determine whether a post will be deleted. Any discrepancies you see in the removal of posts is a result of time elapsed between shifts or a variation in judgment between moderators. If you disagree with a decision or if a moderator has missed a flagged comment, please alert us at admin@truemomconfessions. We'll be happy to address the issue as soon as we can.
